After installing the game, my antivirus deleted files from the game folder, what should I do ?

Do you have CRC errors on a file ?

Try updating the client using Launcher.exe

Does the splash from anticheat say you are blocked ?

In this case there are 2 types of BAN:

Local ban given by the MU Genesis server administration.
Global ban, where you have violated the rules several times and this ban cannot be deleted.

We recommend checking to see if your antivirus software has affected the game files. Add the game folder to your antivirus exceptions or temporarily disable it, then reinstall the client.
